　　一.工藝要求1、應(yīng)采用咬口連接或鉚接，不得焊接；2、風管板材拼接的咬口縫應(yīng)錯開，不得有十字型拼接縫。3、咬口縫緊密、寬度一致，折角平直，圓弧均勻且兩端面平行；4、風管無明顯扭曲與翹角，表面應(yīng)平整，凹凸不大于8mm；5、風管外徑或外邊長的允許偏差為負偏差，當風管大邊長小于或等于630mm時，為-1mm；當大于630mm時，為-2mm；6、管口平面度的允許偏差為1mm，矩形風管兩條對角線長度之差不應(yīng)大于2mm。7、矩形風管邊長大于630mm、保溫風管邊長大于800mm，管段長度大于1250mm或低壓風管單邊平面積大于1.2㎡、中、高壓風管大于1.0㎡，均應(yīng)采取加固措施。二.質(zhì)量控制要點

　　1、 Process requirement 1: Bite connection or riveting should be used, and welding is not allowed; 2. The seams of the air duct panels should be staggered and there should be no cross shaped seams. 3. The bite seam is tight, the width is consistent, the angle is straight, the arc is uniform, and the two end faces are parallel; 4. The air duct should have no obvious distortion or warping, and the surface should be flat with no more than 8mm unevenness; 5. The allowable deviation for the outer diameter or outer length of the air duct is negative deviation. When the major side length of the air duct is less than or equal to 630mm, it is -1mm; When it is greater than 630mm, it is -2mm; 6. The allowable deviation for the flatness of the pipe mouth is 1mm, and the difference in length between the two diagonal lines of a rectangular air duct should not exceed 2mm. 7. Rectangular ducts with a side length greater than 630mm, insulated ducts with a side length greater than 800mm, duct segments with a length greater than 1250mm, low-pressure ducts with a single side flat area greater than 1.2 ㎡, and medium and high-pressure ducts with a flat area greater than 1.0 ㎡ should all be reinforced. 2、 Key points of quality control

　　1、風管與法蘭鉚接前行技術(shù)質(zhì)量復(fù)核，管段留出10mm翻邊量。2、在連接法蘭鉚釘時，必須使鉚釘中心線垂直于板

面，讓鉚釘頭把板材壓緊，使板縫密合。3、鉚接法蘭應(yīng)使用液壓鉚釘機機械鉚合，鉚接要牢固,不能出現(xiàn)鉚釘脫落和漏鉚現(xiàn)象。4、風管與法蘭連接時翻邊寬度不小于6mm，翻邊均勻平整，緊貼法蘭，翻邊不得遮住螺孔，四角必須鏟平，不能出現(xiàn)豁口。6、剪板機、咬口機等設(shè)備使用前要根據(jù)板材厚度調(diào)整好,以保證風管的加工精度。三.成品保護措施

　　1. Before riveting the air duct and flange, a technical quality review should be conducted, leaving a 10mm flanging allowance for the pipe section. 2. When connecting flange rivets, the centerline of the rivet must be perpendicular to the plate surface, and the rivet head must press the plate tightly to ensure a tight fit of the plate seam. 3. Riveting flanges should be mechanically riveted using a hydraulic riveting machine, and the riveting should be firm without any rivet detachment or leakage. 4. When connecting the air duct to the flange, the flange width should not be less than 6mm, and the flange should be evenly and smoothly folded, tightly attached to the flange. The flange should not cover the screw hole, and the four corners must be flattened without any gaps. 6. Before using equipment such as shearing machines and biting machines, they should be adjusted according to the thickness of the board to ensure the machining accuracy of the air duct. 3、 Finished product protection measures

　　1、風管加工設(shè)備上應(yīng)覆蓋柔性材料，且不得影響設(shè)備操作；2、進入車間應(yīng)更換布鞋，禁止在鍍鋅鋼板上踩踏；3、風管合縫及敲翻邊時使用橡膠錘配合液壓合縫機，不得使用金屬錘；4、風管下料、合縫、裝配法蘭等工序必須在柔性地毯上操作，嚴禁風管鍍鋅層與地面直接接觸；5、風管半成品、成品必須整齊放置在方木上，每層不超過1.2m，嚴禁多層堆放造成風管變形；6、風管成品長時間堆放時應(yīng)用塑料薄膜覆蓋，避免積灰；7、鍍鋅鋼板應(yīng)放在寬敞干燥的隔潮木頭墊架上，碼放時按系統(tǒng)編號，整齊、合理，便于裝運。搬運裝卸應(yīng)輕拿輕放，防止損壞成品。

　　1. The air duct processing equipment should be covered with flexible materials and should not affect the operation of the equipment; 2. When entering the workshop, cloth shoes should be replaced and stepping on galvanized steel plates is prohibited; 3. Rubber hammers should be used in conjunction with hydraulic jointing machines for air duct jointing and flanging, and metal hammers should not be used; 4. The processes of cutting, jointing, and assembling flanges for air ducts must be carried out on flexible carpets, and direct contact between the galvanized layer of the air duct and the ground is strictly prohibited; 5. Semi finished and finished air ducts must be neatly placed on square wood, with each layer not exceeding 1.2m. It is strictly prohibited to stack multiple layers to cause deformation of the air ducts; 6. When storing finished air ducts for a long time, they should be covered with plastic film to avoid dust accumulation; 7. Galvanized steel plates should be placed on spacious and dry moisture-proof wooden supports, and stacked according to the system number, neatly and reasonably, for easy shipment. Handling and loading should be done with care to prevent damage to the finished product.

　　風管安裝

　　Installation of air ducts

　　一.工藝要求1、安裝風管前，應(yīng)將圖紙與施工現(xiàn)場進行核對，檢查能否按設(shè)計的標高和位置進行安裝；2、使用紅外線定位放線，確保風管的間距及直線度，并按風管的中心線，找出吊桿安裝位置，?進行支吊架安裝；3、風管系統(tǒng)的各部分尺寸和角度確認準確無誤后，開始組對安裝，風管的連接應(yīng)平直、不扭曲，且連接法蘭的螺母應(yīng)在同一側(cè)；4、風管與風管法蘭間的墊片采用厚3mm及以上的耐熱橡膠板，墊片不應(yīng)凸入管內(nèi)，亦不宜突出法蘭，且墊片中不應(yīng)含有石棉及其它有害成分，且應(yīng)耐油耐潮耐酸堿腐蝕；5、風管安裝時，必須保持風管中心線的水平，安裝一段風管后使用水平尺測量水平；風管長度超過20m時，必須設(shè)置防晃支架，且每個系統(tǒng)不少于一副；6、在風管穿過需要封閉的防火、防爆的墻體或樓板時，應(yīng)設(shè)預(yù)埋管或防護套管，其鋼板厚度為2mm。風管與防護套管之間，應(yīng)用不燃且對人體無危害的柔性材料封堵；7、各類風管部件及操作機構(gòu)的安裝，先檢查閥門外形及操作機構(gòu)是否完好，檢查動作的靈活性，確認閥門各方面正常之后再進行安裝安裝方向、位置應(yīng)正確，在閥門操作機構(gòu)一側(cè)應(yīng)少有350mm的凈空間，以便操作、檢修；防火分區(qū)隔墻兩側(cè)的防火閥，距離墻體表面不應(yīng)大于200mm；8、防火排煙風管的支吊架必須單獨設(shè)置，支管、管道式消聲器、消聲器彎頭、防火閥必須單獨設(shè)置支、吊架；9、風管安裝完畢后，應(yīng)按系統(tǒng)壓力等級進行嚴密性檢驗。二.質(zhì)量控制要點

　　1、 Process requirement 1: Before installing the air duct, the drawings should be checked against the construction site to ensure that the installation can be carried out according to the designed elevation and position; 2. Use infrared positioning to ensure the spacing and straightness of the air ducts, and locate the installation position of the suspension rod according to the centerline of the air ducts,? Install supports and hangers; 3. After confirming the accuracy of the dimensions and angles of each part of the air duct system, assembly and installation can begin. The connection of the air duct should be straight and not twisted, and the nuts of the connecting flanges should be on the same side; 4. The gasket between the air duct and the air duct flange should be made of heat-resistant rubber sheet with a thickness of 3mm or more. The gasket should not protrude into the pipe or the flange, and should not contain asbestos or other harmful components. It should also be resistant to oil, moisture, acid and alkali corrosion; 5. When installing the air duct, the centerline of the air duct must be kept horizontal, and after installing a section of the air duct, a level ruler should be used to measure the level; When the length of the air duct exceeds 20m, anti sway brackets must be installed, and each system must have at least one pair; 6. When air ducts pass through fire-resistant or explosion-proof walls or floors that require sealing, pre embedded pipes or protective sleeves should be installed with a steel plate thickness of 2mm. The gap between the air duct and the protective sleeve should be sealed with non combustible and non hazardous flexible materials to the human body; 7. The installation of various air duct components and operating mechanisms should first check whether the valve shape and operating mechanism are intact, the flexibility of the action, and confirm that all aspects of the valve are normal before proceeding with installation. The installation direction and position should be correct, and there should be at least 350mm of clear space on the side of the valve operating mechanism for operation and maintenance; The fire dampers on both sides of the fire partition wall should be no more than 200mm away from the surface of the wall; 8. The supports and hangers for fire prevention and smoke exhaust ducts must be separately installed, and support and hangers for branch pipes, pipe type mufflers, muffler elbows, and fire dampers must be separately installed; 9. After the installation of the air duct is completed, a tightness test should be conducted according to the system pressure rating. 2、 Key points of quality control

　　1、風管內(nèi)嚴禁有雜物或其它管線穿越，并做好清潔和保護工作；2、支吊架下沿和外緣與接觸網(wǎng)帶電體(含承力索,下饋線等)間距必須保持大于230mm,并應(yīng)嚴格按照限界要求實施；3、連接螺栓應(yīng)為鍍鋅螺栓，同時必須配備相應(yīng)的平墊、彈墊和螺母；4、風管法蘭墊片的工作溫度不小于70℃；對于排煙風管法蘭墊片的工作溫度要求不小于250℃；5、風管安裝的水平度允許偏差每米不應(yīng)大于3mm，總偏差不應(yīng)大于20mm；垂直安裝垂直度的允許偏差為每米不超過2mm，總偏差不應(yīng)大于 20mm；6、風管在穿過墻體或樓板處不得設(shè)置接口，風管沿墻體或樓板安裝時，距離墻面、樓板的間距應(yīng)大于150mm；7、風閥的電動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)安裝必須可靠固定，嚴禁隨意放置在風管上；8、手動密閉閥安裝，閥門上標志的箭頭方向必須與受沖擊波方向一致；9、現(xiàn)場風管接口的配置，不得縮小其有效截面；10、、空調(diào)風管支吊架應(yīng)設(shè)不燃絕熱墊防止產(chǎn)生冷橋，絕熱墊應(yīng)在支吊架制作時錨固在橫擔上；11、對系統(tǒng)風管的檢測，宜采用分段檢測、匯總分析的方法。在嚴格安裝質(zhì)量管理的基礎(chǔ)上，系統(tǒng)風管的檢測以總管和干管為主。當采用漏光法檢測系統(tǒng)的嚴密性時，低壓系統(tǒng)風管以每 10m 接縫，漏光點不大于 2 處，且100m 接縫平均不大于 16處為合格；中壓系統(tǒng)風管每 10m接縫，漏光點不大于 1 處，且 100m 接縫平均不大于 8 處為合格。三.成品保護措施

　　1. No debris or other pipelines are allowed to pass through the air duct, and cleaning and protection measures must be taken; 2. The safety distance between the lower edge and outer edge of the support hanger and the live parts of the contact network (including load-bearing cables, feeder lines, etc.) must be maintained at more than 230mm and strictly implemented in accordance with the limit requirements; 3. The connecting bolts should be galvanized bolts and must be equipped with corresponding flat washers, spring washers, and nuts; 4. The working temperature of the air duct flange gasket shall not be less than 70 ℃; The working temperature requirement for the flange gasket of the smoke exhaust duct is not less than 250 ℃; 5. The allowable deviation for the levelness of air duct installation should not exceed 3mm per meter, and the total deviation should not exceed 20mm; The allowable deviation for vertical installation verticality is not more than 2mm per meter, and the total deviation should not exceed 20mm; 6. No interface shall be set at the point where the air duct passes through the wall or floor. When installing the air duct along the wall or floor, the distance from the wall or floor should be greater than 150mm; 7. The installation of the electric actuator of the air valve must be reliably fixed, and it is strictly prohibited to place it on the air duct at will; 8. Manual closed valve installation, the direction of the arrow marked on the valve must be consistent with the direction of the shock wave; 9. The configuration of on-site air duct interfaces shall not reduce their effective cross-section; 10. Non combustible insulation pads should be installed on the air conditioning duct supports and hangers to prevent the formation of cold bridges. The insulation pads should be anchored to the cross arm during the production of the supports and hangers; 11. For the detection of system ducts, it is advisable to use segmented detection and summary analysis methods. On the basis of strict installation quality management, the inspection of system air ducts mainly focuses on the main and main pipes. When using the leakage method to detect the tightness of the system, the low-pressure system air duct is considered qualified if there are no more than 2 leakage points every 10 meters of joints, and an average of no more than 16 leakage points per 100 meters of joints; The air ducts of the medium pressure system shall have no more than one light leakage point every 10m, and an average of no more than 8 light leakage points per 100m shall be considered qualified. 3、 Finished product protection measures

　　1、風管搬運裝卸應(yīng)輕拿輕放，不得在地面上拖拽，并避免磕碰，摔絆；不得破壞法蘭鍍鋅層，如有劃傷應(yīng)補漆完整；2、風管吊裝過程中，兩端未連接處必須用塑料薄膜封住，風管上風口安裝前同樣需用塑料薄膜封住，透明膠帶粘貼好，以防灰塵進入；3、對于穿越設(shè)備管理用房風管，穿墻部位距墻500mm以內(nèi)必須用塑料薄膜做好保護，以防土建施工單位灰料污染風管；4、安裝好的風管上面嚴禁堆放雜物或站在上面施工。

　　1. The handling and loading of air ducts should be handled with care, and should not be dragged on the ground to avoid collisions or tripping; Do not damage the galvanized layer of the flange. If there are scratches, they should be repainted completely; 2. During the hoisting process of the air duct, the unconnected parts at both ends must be sealed with plastic film. Before installing the upper air outlet of the air duct, it should also be sealed with plastic film and pasted with transparent tape to prevent dust from entering; 3. For the air ducts in the equipment management room that pass through the wall, plastic film must be used to protect them within 500mm of the wall to prevent dust pollution from the civil construction unit; 4. It is strictly prohibited to stack debris or stand on the installed air duct for construction.
